World Horror Stories - This site touts itself as the scariest stories, photos and videos ever posted to the Internet.

Classic Horror Stories - Website which posts free links to horror stories from some of the greats, such as Ambrose Bierce, H.P. Lovecraft, H.G. Wells and Edgar Allen Poe. Even includes one or two horror themed stories from Rudyard Kipling and Charles Dickens.
